Don't be fooled by the exterior, just red the reviews, this a gem in the middle of nowhere. The staff is always there to help you get what you need and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are old, but everything is in working order and extremely clean. I believe a family works every aspect of the hotel including the cleaning and prepping of all rooms and it shows. Even though the rooms are older, everything is very clean, I mean spotless and everything works as it should. We had a quiet 2 night stay and would not hesitate to not only recommend, but to say thsi is one of the best values for a stay near Bryce. Period.

Great value! Staff was available, friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & equipped with microwave & small fridge. We’d definitely stay here again. The restaurant next door was only open for breakfast (due to lack of help), so if you need lunch or dinner, eat before you get to the Rodeway Inn as there is nothing close by.

The hotel located direct at the main road, very easy to reach. Big and clean room, enough space for 2 person. comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker inside the room. Free parking. Very good price, worth the value. Very near to the Red Canyon, a very beautiful place and worth a visit.

Good sized room and comfortable bed, everything was clean. Nice location close to Bryce Canyon, it was convinient to travel everyday to the national park and back due to short distance. There is not breakfast option but you can find it in the cafe nearby. Convinient checkout.
